Biography
Princess of the Armenian Artsruni dynasty of Vaspurakan and second wife of King George I of Georgia. As queen mother she wielded significant political influence during the minority and reign of her son Bagrat IV, conducting diplomacy with Byzantium. She undertook a famous pilgrimage to Constantinople and brought religious relics back to Georgia.
